3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

4. Fair Use & Acceptable Behaviour

Nool is a community-driven platform. We expect all users to engage respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to:

• Post violent, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Use vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit language in discussions or profiles
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant promotional content
• Impersonate other users, authors, or public figures
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or NSFW profile images or cover images
• Share copyrighted content that you do not have the right to distribute
• Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Community Discussions

When participating in book discussions and community features:

• Keep conversations respectful and on-topic
• Disagreements are welcome — personal attacks are not
• Do not post spoilers without appropriate warnings
• Report content that violates these terms rather than engaging with it

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All books and literary content available on Nool are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the platform without proper authorisation.

Content you create on the platform (discussions, reviews) remains yours, but you grant Nool a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.

7. AI Features

Nool provides AI-powered features such as a reading assistant and book summaries. These features are provided for informational and educational purposes. AI-generated content may not always be accurate — use your own judgement.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who:

• Violates these Terms of Use
• Repeatedly engages in disruptive or abusive behaviour
• Attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Nool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
